A Month in Posting: August
I don't know about yours, but my August was pretty great. I started the month out with a massive photo dump for our northern wedding reception (and here too). And yes, this means we have to have another one in the south too! We decided doing two would simplify things for folks- afford us more folks to celebrate with.
I continued to reep many rewards from planting my container garden and used some of my harvest supplemented by the farmer's market to make and can some recipes. I revealed some of my diet tips and showed you how I eat every day. Inspired by my obsession with the Olympics, I vowed to compete in an eventual triathlon and enter running races in the meanwhile. I also revealed some of my best tips to maintain a long term workout plan.
Aside from diet & health, I've been a busy seamstress lately! August was mostly spent working hard to finish bundles of gifts for my bachelorette party. Of course I had to make cute matching gift tags for the packages too.
Hopefully September will be equally as full! How was your August?

Your painted toes look so cute :)
Your bachelorette party gifts turned out awesome and the tags were the perfect finishing touch!
All your health talk is really inspiring :)
I look forward to hearing about your training for the triathlon! I have to go back and see your wedding reception pics, coz I missed that when I was away.
Cute toes! I love how versatile you are! Such an inspiration on so many levels! Thanks so much, friend! xxx
You did have a busy but fun August! Good luck on your training program! My August was good too with a visit from family, a mini-trip for our anniversary and a fabulous day trip to the coast for my birthday. August is easily my favorite month of the year!
My hubby just strolled by and glanced at the computer screen and said "cute toes!" Just thought you'd want to know -- guys notice.
Loved watching your progress on the bachelorette gifts and tags. I am sure the recipients will be thrilled!
My August was hot and crazy. I started a new part-time job (always stressful) and had the busiest month on Etsy so far this year. All the grandkids headed back to school (even the youngest is in pre-K now), so it is time to hunker down and prepare for a Fall craft fair and the holiday rush on Etsy (and at work).
Sounds like you had a good month, full of fun, creating, and planning. I hope that September is equally as fulfilling.
